morning - 11 Junction/Coral Canyon w/ James. Had a good little run talking about all sorts of stuff. Same level of pain in hip/ab. It seems to have really calmed down this week and is isolated to more of a surface muscle level pain in the inside hip/lower ab. Usual drills and core/ice/ibo (Cumulus gold 54.9)
I started running again this week; that's about all that can be said about it. Goals for next week: step it up a little if the injury can handle it. I am going to try and hit some 10k training stuff this winter instead of the mileage approach I have used for awhile, but that will require pain free running as possible; we'll see what happens.
