AM - 6 2xAC. A little sore in the hip this morning; and I wasn't sure why until I realized I didn't take the time to work over my legs or do my little yoga routine yesterday due to being rushed out for Halloween stuff. That's a good reminder about why I need to do that each run. (Stratus grey 871.85) afternoon - 11 Grass/Old Man. Parent-Teachers tonight and tomorrow; so I sneaked out a little early during my prep and hit 6.5 miles barefoot on the football field turf (the baseball field was just reseeded and being watered, so I needed to stay off). Then transitioned that into running out to the Old Man's where the kids were going to do a hill workout. (Barefoot '11 167.5)(Old Ohana -4.5)
