AM - 3 Sometime around 2 AM or so, Austin and Kimz and I went down to the Mosquito Trail and had a fun little run. It's is neat to have athletes that are so passionate. (Landreth black 190.1

evening - 7 Club run on City Creek Trail. One of the worst days of my life - had to bury my dog today. Decided to go run hoping it would help distract me a little. Had a nice run out on the trail with the Circle and talked and enjoyed life. I'm going to miss my dog. (Stratus bee 327.85)

So sorry about you dog. I new something was wrong last night. You should have talked about it. Mik'L and I are sad- we though Maggie was a really good dog.

Hope your o.k man. We know how important dogs are to the family.

Clyde told me the story about Maggie when he got home today and I started crying! So sad. Our dogs are our kids, so we know how sad that must have been. Maggie was a good dog...we loved watching her swim. I hope you and the girls (including Al) are doing okay.
