AM - 3 AC. Joined in with the boys on their run this morning. Felt pretty good, but there is obviously a lot of fatigue and still some soreness in there. Wore a long sleeve, but it wasn't necessary yet. (Hyper Speed 63.75)

I wore my new white long sleeve marathon shirt. I like this shirt... maybe the best one in the last 10 years. It was coldy out so I'm glad it had it.
