AM - 6.75 Twix/AC.  Most of the talk this morning revolved around clowns and about how we really want to dress as clowns for our Halloween run (but don't want to get shot) and really want to scare the girls as clowns... good stuff.  (Peg Oly 96.75)

afternoon - 2.5 Snow Canyon.  A little more running around with the varsity teams as they set up their workout course before the JV race today.  (Pace 355.25)
