AM - 7.75 Twix/AC.  A bit of a humid run.  The clouds and rain came in last night and kept it fairly warm.  (Riders 632.25)

afternoon - 4.5 BHNP.  Just witnessed the greatest all-around team workout I've ever seen.  Varsities were just straight up solid.  Upper JVs were clickeing like they never have.  And lower JVs were showing huge signs of improvement.  And the best thing was... none of it was done outside of the threshold they were supposed to be doing.  Obviously pleased.  (Kinvara green 417.75)
