AM - 10 track. Pulled an all nighter with our run-a-thon. So at about 3:00 am I hit the track. Warmed up for a couple miles, then 2 at 6:30 to get the legs moving. Then went into a little 4 mile tempo session - went 5:40, 5:30, 5:20, 5:10. Cooled down for two more. Felt pretty good. By the end I was moving along pretty well and thought about doing more. But I told myself to calm down and not get to over my head. (Last Ohana 207.25)
Decent week. Just need to get some sleep to catch up for Friday night/Saturday morning.
Goals for next week: Keep the hip holding up (it did great this last week). A few harder runs in the mix. And a busy week with 2 races and homecoming junk that we are involved in. |
