AM - 8 Twix/Sunrise. My morning runs have really pushed the limit on slowness lately. Resting Heart Rate was pretty low this morning, though, and lower than the last couple days during the run. I thought it would have been way high with all the heat and tiredness. (Roning 415.25)
afternoon - 4.75 Sand Hills. Ran over to the Sand Hill to yell as the team worked out. Followed up by 20 mins of elliptical. (Kinvara blue 261)
