AM - 14.5 Twix/Mustang Pass. A couple miles with Twix and then off to practice. Ran up GS and into the desert. Mustang Pass was nice, but it was pretty hot. The water stop at the golf course on the way back was a life saver. (Riders 608.75)

Got to see Ruth - she is in the States for a month during her break from teaching in Dubai. She was my first state champ and then ran at USU and coached at Corner Canyon before this expedition. She brought me a license plate to add to my collection!
