AM - 16 Clyde's Loop/Grass. Went and met with Logan and Clyde and we decided not to do any tempo today - which was good because I was pretty tired and my hip was giving me much grief (most pain in many weeks). Ran the loop in reverse and decided it wouldn't be good to tempo in that direction. Then barefooted with the team for just a few miles and the hip actually felt a little better.
