AM - 11.85 Green Springs w/ James and then XC went with middle group on a 4+ miler down to Dogpound. Legs a little tired and heavy. (Stratus Bee 95.45) afternoon - 5 on Treadmill. Depletion run before loading tomorrow and Thursday. 1 mile warm up, then went 6:00,5:50,5:40,5:30 for a quarter each, followed by a mile at 5:20, then ended by going back up for a quarter and a mile cool at 6:30. Not too bad, a bit hard to hit a good rhythm on the treadmill; but I decided to do it there to try and focus on the pace and not the heat (even though it isn't horrible out today).
