AM - 13.35 Lower Grapevine to Highland w/ James - tried to push the hill to make up for missing Meat Grinders last night (family finally got back into town!). Then XC Dogpound and 5 barefoot grass striders. Was pretty spent. Probably a good thing that I didn't hit hills last night. Hopefully I will get my legs back a little through the week.
