AM - 10.25 Twix/Grass. Took the dog up to the Dirt Mile and we ran a bit, but ran into too many people with their dogs off-leash. Then half road half grass with striders for practice. Hammy is experiencing a bit of regression the past couple weeks. Abs before. (Peg black 734)(barefoot '17 15)
