AM - 17 Clyde's/Grass. 5x3 mins with Clyde and Logan. Took a big gouge out of my foot yesterday evening when I stepped on a hammer, so that hurt quite a bit, but it went numb after a while. Paces were 5:20, :11, :07, :01, 4:58. Felt pretty good about things as I got going. Then over to practice where we went 3x6:00 on the grass. I forgot the feeling of trying to run a workout on the grass and could really feel the difference. Paces here were 5:45, :48, :38. (Everything had 3 minutes recovery today). Good workout for the team. Need to get everyone's camps and church things and stuff out of the way so the team can get working together. Only run for today as the miles kinda added up.
