AM - 8.3 with Clyde and James up the Middleton/Powerline/GreenSprings Trail with a bit onthe golf course.  Run was good and it was nice to meet James.  (Cumulus 375.55)

afternoon - 7.75 on Millcreek Trail in the middle of a sandstorm.  I came back red from the dirt and eyes just running.  (Landreth 179.35)
