Nothing today. But I feel pretty good. I maybe back mid-week. Earlier if I keep progressing. RHR: 43 Best week I've had in a bit. The last two weeks were good mileage builders. Next week will be used as a recovery week and then I'll get back to building the mileage and trying some smaller workouts to get ready for the real stuff. Achilles is feeling significantly better. Best in months. Maybe these few days will help it really move toward the positive. Goals for next week: recovery. Get back on my feet ASAP. |
