afternoon - 6.15 on Foremaster. Very easy and relaxed 6 on Foremaster run. No watch. Just tried to run it easy (which was not hard to do) and with decent form (which was hard to do as I feel pretty wiped out). (Landreth 144.10) evening - 6 on Treadmill at 7:30 with 1% incline. Kept is very easy this evening. I did feel a bit better than earlier, however. (Cumulus 290.15)
