AM - abs and then a short walk with Twix. Then weights on my own as the team went out for their short run.
afternoon - 8 River Trail. Did a workout of 5 minute CV sets. First was 1min on 4min off, then 2 on 3 of, and so on. Felt pretty good. Was a little behind the boys, but maintained good pace throughout - 5:20 pace. It was a tough and good workout. (Peg Oly 327.5)
