AM - 8 Provo. Ran up University and back again. Just took it nice and easy to finish off the week. (Landreth blue 327.75) Week was okay. Hip held up decent. Hopefully the easy end to the week lets it feel good for next week. Goals for next week: Regions is on Wed/Thur. so that makes those days tough, but the other days I want to be strong. Have a couple good tempo workouts and a good long run on Saturday.
