AM - 8 AC/Mall.  Just a nice easy run this morning.  Legs are continuing to improve (no pain at all today).  May be getting a bit of junk in my lungs, but I can't tell if it is a cold or allergies just clogging me up.  (Altra 63)

afternoon - 6 Desert Hills.  Took the boys over to pick up the suburban for tomorrow's trip and so we ran over by Desert Hills out into the desert.  Nice to run somewhere else, but it sure was windy.  8xbarefoot striders at some park.  (Barefoot '11 35)(Triumph Silver 562.8)
