AM - Middleton 8 - up early to get a run in with a track meet this afternoon.  I felt pretty tired.  A little from the run (and the slow times showed that) and a lot from being up early.  Even though I go to bed early, I still just have a very difficult time getting up in the morning.  But I did get the run in.  (Glycerin 274.75)

YOUR RECOVERING VERY NICE. Are you going to run the 10 k this weekend?

From Dave Holt on Wed, Apr 25, 2007 at 14:14:48

No - I have a track meet up at SUU; otherwise, I might give it a try.

Yeah, I know I need to back off a little. Deep down I probably have some cellular damage that is not as evident until over longer distance. I could get injured at this stage especially. I notice that also like you Ive been lets say sleeping rather deeply. Has your body been like this every night since the marathon?

Thanks for your words of encouragement coach. I don't know what Jeff is talking about Cappy is more like Hitler or Saddam, but not Ghandi.

He may not be your favorite, but... I think Jeff was just trying to find the hidden wisdom.

Exactly! This has reminded me to be careful what you say, somethings you can't delete.

I didn't do any weights on the legs, just arms that day. Today I did some legs with almost no weight at all and it didn't hurt, I'll add weight slowly.

So Kelsee didn't quit over the 800 so I think she will really run it. She willingly did handoffs and so I just went with it! De ja vu?
