AM - 12 Mall/2xAC/laps.  Windy, windy, windy this morning.  Started off feeling pretty strong, but by the end I was a bit wiped.  Still a few days out; but the singles I'll have on Friday and Saturday will get the legs back - not that I am in any major rush.  (Landreth orange 103.25)

evening - 6 Treadmill.  Took the dog out for a mile with both Py and Laney in the jogger - that was a chore.  Then got on the treadmill and did 5 more easy miles.  (Stratus bee  603.65)

The runs and the miles you are putting in are incredible. All I can say is your amazing. That 50 mile run and the hills you climbed truly shows your love for running. We should all be inspired for what you've done. Good luck on the future training.

Out of curiosity what amount of sleep are you getting with this mileage? and are you taking naps?

Thanks Kory.

Adam, I am almost always asleep between 9 and 9:30 and up at 5. Usually don't have time for naps, but try to sneak one in on a lazy Sat/Sun afternoon.

I think the biggest reason is because of the weather. Right now it is just perfect and not draining every ounce out of me on every run like in the summer.
