AM - 8.5 Parkway/AC. Twix and I varied the Parkway a little. Then AC at practice. Finished up yoga and abs. (Peg black33 92.25)

First track meet of the year. Kids did well today. Fun to see some coaching friends that I haven't talked to in a few months.
