AM - 11 3xAC and some laps. Would have slept in if it wasn't for those meddling kids waiting for me at practice. (cumulus white 519) afternoon - 11.55 River Trail. Ran DI as a warmup w/ the team. Then went down to the River Trail to get in a little Tinman work. I really wasn't feeling it at all and wanted to just drag the run, but I need to pick up the pace every now-and-then; so I went for 2x2 miles at 6:00 pace w/ 1 mile recovery between. Once I got going it actually was pretty easy and I didn't have to work to hit the pace it just came. Got back and lifted and then ran a grass loop to stretch out the legs after. (Cumulus gold 206)
