mid-morning - 9 barefoot.  Went out on the balls fields and ran 8 miles barefoot before PT's and then did 8xbarefoot striders.  Felt okay but did get a blister on my left big toe.

Only run for today as I won't want to run when I get home and slept in not feeling too great this morning.  I have a little cold and don't want it to go full blown by wearing myelf out.

I would last 100m's here barefoot with our temperatures. That's great that the temperatures are allowing you to do it there. Have a good week.

It is interesting James, when I am barefooting, I don't even seem to care about any of it - but I was happy to be done. It was 32 laps around the baseball field after all! (then striders)

Hey Dave, Running barefoot? What does that do exactly! Please educate the wildbull

From dave holt on Wed, Feb 04, 2009 at 12:41:10

Barefooting corrects the biomechanical imperfections of the body that are often hidden (and worsened) by shoes. And it is just fun!

i can see how fun it is. running with nothing on except your clothes. just don't get arrested for such exposure!
