mid-morning - 9 barefoot. Went out on the balls fields and ran 8 miles barefoot before PT's and then did 8xbarefoot striders. Felt okay but did get a blister on my left big toe. Only run for today as I won't want to run when I get home and slept in not feeling too great this morning. I have a little cold and don't want it to go full blown by wearing myelf out.
