morning - 10 Grapevine Springs to Coral Canyon. Slow easy pace with a bit of fatigue in the legs, but no real soreness. Ran 4x100 barefoot grass striders and .4 or so more for a mile barefoot. (Cumulus silver 381.75)
Glad you are not feeling to sore. Hopefully I will know about the job down here in a week or two and then we can really start to think about rocking and rolling with the training if I get the job down here. Nice job again with the race on Saturday.
Grass strides? Barefoot? Sheesh - you either have much nicer weather or are tougher than me ... all the grass is frozen here and covered in white stuff (Boulder County). Looks like a mill day for me ...
Although it has been a little chilly, I can't complain. Southern Utah is nothing like No. Utah. It is a very cold snap when we hit lows in the 20's and are usually in the low 30's with highs in the 40's. Unfortunately for us, it is the summers that provide the major weather problems - when we are 110!
