morning - 15 Chuckwalla.  Great trail run this morning.  Ran with Steven and two guys from up north - Ken Richardson and Riley Croft.  They seemed like great guys and chatting it up really helped the mileage just fly by on an awesome morning on a great trail.  Temps were so nice, I shed my shirt.  And the shin felt great; maybe its turning a corner?  (NB 101 288.25).

Bummer that my shin developed this dang tendonitis otherwise it would have been an awesome week.  But life is good.

Goals for next week: going to be a busy one.  Full slate of meetings (like usual now) and off to Phoenix on Thursday evening, so I'll do what I can.  #1, get the leg feeling better.

NB 101 Miles: 15.00

Shedding the shirt in November. Word to your momma man.

I just realize that one of your running goals every year is to run in every month of the year without a shirt at least once.

! - it's all about being shirtless once in awhile. It keeps the blood flowing!

Missed you on the last few runs - it has only been about a month since I've seen you.

I know. Maybe after all your x-ross stuff is over I'll get to run with ya for about a month before the track stuff starts:)
