morning - 12.  Ran over to school for practice and caught the DI warm up with the team.  Then I ran around barefoot on the turf for about 1.25 as they did their 400's.  Finished off with DI cool and then home.  Grabbed Laney and the dog and went 1.25.  (Cumulus gold 277.65)

evening - 8.75 Club run.  Steve, James, Clyde and I went down to Mosquito, up Dog Pound, across the bridge in Green Springs and then back to the store.  Just a nice chill run and enjoyed the company.  (Landreth orange  37.75)

Dave are there any groups running in the morning? I am from up north and was going to meet the group tonight, but got stuck in Mesquite at a baseball game. I know steve and dustin? I would like to run if you know of anybody that will be running. let me know if you can.

So are you the only one of your group still planning on Squaw Peak? Your mileage sure is impressive.

Tyler, sorry I didn't get your message until this afternoon. Hope you found someone to run with.

Jon, I am not sure - Loggie looks like it might be a while and Clyde... I don't think he is even sure. Steven says he is still in. But I am still in for the long run - figuratively and literally.

The mileage was kind of fun this week. With spring break I got a chance to get a little more running in.

St. Georgians - Steve and I will be up early starting the Utah Hill Loop we did the other week. If you want to meet us for part, we should be coming around for another lap at about 6:15 at the Trailhead/Parking Lot.

Here's direction and a map:

From 1-15 South you take the Bloomington exit, take a right off onto the round-about and

get onto Pioneer Rd.. Go down Pioneer Rd. to Man-O-War Rd and turn right.

Follow Man-O-War over the river and turn Right on Bloomington Dr.. Follow

Bloomington Dr. to Navajo dr. and turn right. Follow Navajo Dr. until it Turns into

dirt. You will see the trailhead on your right along with the parking area.
