AM - 7 Buena Vista (I decided I should call this morning loop BV instead of Washington Loop since it has a very different middle/end section).  Added an extra mile by going up near Warm Springs.  Ended by taking the dog around.  (Cumulus white 547.75)

afternoon - 8.5 Lava Point.  Very nice day out - temps near 70.  (Landreth  670.85)

It was very nice yesterday, unfortunately Sunny and I had a disagreement on when I should go for a run. I ended up with the kids in the afternoon and didn't get out until the sun had gone down.
