AM - 6 2xAC. Used my sleep-in day today. And it was nice. Legs were very fresh this morning. Absolutely no hip pain at all! (Kinvara 121.25) afternoon - 8.15 2450 Park. Ran the team down to 2450 and did some barefooting. It was nice to run on the grass again, it has been a few weeks. 8xbarefoot striders. Weights and plyos to end to workout.
