AM - 12.5 Tempo Loop. Hit the tempo loop from Clyde's. Was a decent one, but not quite as solid as last week (just a couple seconds slower per mile - except the last which was a couple quicker). I think I am just feeling a little more tired (sleepy tired). (Rocket 83.25)
