Same long run as last week. 21 miles down Emigration Canyon back home, 6:53 average pace. Did a 10 mile tempo this time, 6:22 pace for the tempo. Last big run before STG. Wasn't sure what to expect. Had worked late the last couple nights with not as much sleep. Run went better than expected, so I hope that means good things for STG.
