13 miles up at Jeremy Ranch with Josh, James, Jake, Fritz, Rob and Collin.  They were nice enough to let me and James tag along and try to hang with them.  These runs are great for me because they make me push it a little, though it is nothing for those guys.  7:27 average pace for the run with a couple faster miles.
