Met up with James, Josh and Scott and drove down to Utah County to run with the crew down there.  Piled 14 into a minivan and drove to near the start of the UV marathon in Wallsburg and ran down to Orem.  Did 20 miles total at an average pace of 6:50.  Did what turned out to be about an 11 mile tempo in the midde with and average pace of 6:34 through those miles.  Worked with James and Spencer through the tempo and it definitely helped to work with them and push the pace.  I felt good throughtout the run and went faster and longer than if I was alone.  This was the best long training run I have done, so I was happy with how it went.  It was fun to run with a big group, even though I was bringing up the rear, and I hope to join them in the future.
