| 10 min on bike for warm-up 3 miles on treadmill. First time running since I hurt my hamstring. Ran at 6% incline because PT said this would cause less strain on my hamstring. Ran at 6 mph, which according to their chart is like 8:00 pace with no incline. Felt alright, not great. We'll see how it feels tomorrow. 1 mile cooling down on the elliptical. |
