18 mile run around Holladay, average pace of 7:23  Did the same 5 mile pick up in the middle that I did last week, only I didn't look at any of my splits and just ran.  Mile splits were 6:06, 6:14, 6:11, 6:23, 6:34.  Maybe a little faster than last week.  Hoping to keep building.

Ok we need to chat! Are you planning on building from now until St. George? At the rate you are going, your goal will be far faster than mine.

You just ran a marathon, I need to build up to get to your level. I would love to run 2:45

Fair enough. 2:45 would be awesome and I believe you can do it. Are you going to have Saturdays available for long(er) runs?

From Hille on Wed, May 14, 2014 at 10:25:26 from 67.128.146.20

Yea, I should be able to do long runs on Saturdays. I will be busy this weekend so I did earlier. We can figure out a schedule.
