Weight change since May 1: -6 2 miles of gentle pickups 11:55, 12:30 I'm going to try more of these gentle pickups as a way to boost my speed. The 200 yard repeats are just a little too jarring on my frame and I often get joint (hip, knee and ankle) pain for days afterward. These gentile pickups are convenient because I can do them anytime close to my house and not have to go to a track. I hope it works. I think if I can get that 1 mile time well under 11 minutes, then I should be able to reach all of my goals this year.
