Weight lifting during the Jazz game. Showed Dennis how to do squats with Dumbells. 3 x 30 squats with 90 lb. 3 x 15 deep pushups 3 x 10 Curls. Pretty light workout. I work out harder when the Jazz lose. Ruth liked my strawberry salad so I was flattered; Spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, slivered almonds, sesame seeds. Dressing: olive oil, vinegar, agave cactus sweetener, strawberry-kiwi Kool-aide mix. |
