Weight change since May 1: 0 A1C: 7.5 curls 3x10 w/40lb pushups 3x10, Squats 3x25, Situps 3x30
The A1C is a bit high but down from 10.4 in October, so I'm very
pleased with that number. Credit a lot of running in the last 3 months
for that improvement.
