A1C: 7.5

curls 3x10 w/40lb pushups 3x10, Squats 3x25, Situps 3x30

The A1C is a bit high but down from 10.4 in October, so I'm very pleased with that number. Credit a lot of running in the last 3 months for that improvement.

Great test result! And I think it will keep coming down the more you run and eat well. Consistency is the key! (I guess I should also follow that rule as far as my eating habits are concerned!) :-)

You are inspiring, even if you love strawberry pie. I love reading about your 6 and 7 minute miles.

Thanks for getting me started in running. Now, as you say, I just have to keep going. I've got to do that marathon next year and I can't afford another no-weight-loss month.
