Upper Body Workout. I tried a few different exercises that were in the Body For Life book like the bench-dips. I have heard that Coach Bill doesn't like step-lunges nor ham-string curls. So I avoid them but what about the ham-string exercise where you lean forward with dumbbells, then pull back, keeping your back straight. Is that one ok? Or in other words, what Hamstring exercise, if any, is recommended?

Yes, I would say that hamstring exercise is Coach Bill-approved. I meet with my Nazi trainer tomorrow, and I gave him specific instructions of the exercises I cannot do.

Nice job on your fourth Timp hike! I know it is so pretty up there. Too bad Sage is getting tired of it!
