Upper Body Workout. I tried a few different exercises that were in the Body For Life book like the bench-dips. I have heard that Coach Bill doesn't like step-lunges nor ham-string curls. So I avoid them but what about the ham-string exercise where you lean forward with dumbbells, then pull back, keeping your back straight. Is that one ok? Or in other words, what Hamstring exercise, if any, is recommended? |
