Tried making some "Super Cookies" with quinoa flakes and agave (instead of sugar) Quinoa is a high protein substitute for wheat flour. http://magazine.byu.edu/print.php?a=2182 They tasted okay -- but probably not worth the effort. Just get used to not eating cookies, I tell myself. I made a spinach salad with egg and fetta cheese. It was good, but again seemed like too much effort. I like to just eat, be done and forget about it. I'm going back to the simple protein and vegetable diet that I did in April. No workout during the Jazz game -- too worn out from yardwork on Saturday.
