what is a hoppity hop?

From Christina on Fri, Jun 27, 2008 at 15:27:37

Sounds like an enjoyable workout! I think a hoppity hop is a rubber ball with a handle on it that you sit on and hop around. Am I right?

Christina is right. This is just a tongue-in-cheek blog entry. But it's fun to race on them -- impossible to be sad.

I'm actually saving up energy for tomorrow when I will attempt (may the force be with me) a 14 mile run.

I'm going to run from my house to the Timpanogos Cave Visitor's center and back. Wish me luck!

Good luck!! Sounds like a beautiful run!
