Good job! I think I am -6 for the month. It probably could have been more, but I had a few cheat days that got me off track!

From Hildisvini on Mon, Jun 30, 2008 at 14:52:20

Exactly. I'm trying to think how I can avoid cheat days in July. For example One of my scout's mom made me a fresh loaf of bread. It was SO good. I couldn't stop eating it. Then I made the mistake of telling her how good it was so now she is going to make more for me!

It's a cruel food world we live in. You have to either avoid people or be rude to them when they offer food.

I take the food and offer it to Chris or the kids, or sometimes continue to pass it along to someone else..........to give is better than to receive;)
