7 x 220 sprints: 50, 55, 59, 56,53,58,49 Slow times because of Ankle pain. I'm going to take Daniel suggestion and try to do more consistent training. I've not wanted to run too much due to history of back and hip problems but I'm going to add a 3 mile run this week and see how it feels. If 4 running days a week feels okay, then I'll add a fifth day later. |
