2.9 Miles with Ben 36:05

It was a tough run today. Must have done too much [as opposed to the right amount of] binging last night.

Smeagol is undergoing physical therapy for tendonites. Smeagol and his wife are going to run in the DesNews 10K as are Ben and his 9-year old son. Ben's son can do a 7 minute mile. Jeez.

Late-night binging? I've been there a few times! My coworkers are trying to get me to do the cabbage soup diet. Sounds awful! Sorry to hear that Smeagol is still injured.

Sounds like a diet you could lose a lot of weight on. I tend to put sausage in cabbage soup which probably defeats the purpose.

I like all the creamy soups, one pound of cheddar, cauliflower, ham, flour, milk, butter, pepper, mmmmmm. HEALTHY! Love spring and summer because fruit is cheaper, refreshing, and so much more variety!
