1 hour cycling. Lloyd, Joel and Shawn showed me some trails around Micron. My legs were burning on the uphill but cooled down on the dirt trails. I had to take it slow because I have street tires. It was a lot of fun. I'll be doing more of that on my own since the group only rides together on Tuesdays. Lloyd is 85 years old. None of us can keep up to him. Upper body workout.
