Happy New Year to you too! I'm not sure that I've come up with anything amazing yet. With a 3:00:38 in the bag, I'm sure I can break 3:00:00, but want to shoot for 2:48:00 - but that might be beyond my capabilities. I'll run Ogden, Bear Lake (maybe both the Friday and Saturday marathons depending on my Ogden results), TOU half and either TOU or Layton. I might also try the Logan Peak Ultra (barely ultra)... What about yourself?

I totally think you could get a 1:48, you are FAST!

I think I want to move more in to the ultra marathons, I liked it. We will see if I feel the same way after I do a few more!
