Ran out to the Cottonwood Office Park again.  Beautiful day...even though it was overcast, snowy and air quality soupy...good to be running and alive!  My "haul buns" mile was a disappointing 7:49 on mile 6...but on the bright side my hip is feeling as good as it has in 2 years.

Beautiful jaunt up Malan's Peak in O-town with Oreo.  He a strong dude and had some sweet times.  His site has some pics of the great views of there.  You dont realize exactly how hazy it is until you get above the pollution stew.  Seemed 15 degrees warmer up there.
