Am: 12 miles on the stat bike; first glucose burning exercise after the marathon 2 days ago; felt ok; slow warm up;

Muscles felt good afterwards;

Was able to stretch all through; it feels like that the muscles are storing glycogen big time after all the depletion on Saturday.; hope now it's all uphill
