PM: 1 mile warmup;
6x1miles (7:30 pace) - strength training
AM: treadmill
2 miles warmup
8 miles MP (2 miles 4% incline and then 6 miles -2% decline)
1 mile cool down
PM: Easy 3 miles
AM: Easy miles
AM: Long run with Kathleen, Mary, JP (ATC marathon group); this felt like a big workout;
2000 feet elevation gain;
felt good because the temperature was around F63 really unusual for ATL in August
